Comparison of implant volume and density over 48 weeks in vivo implantation. Storage groups without heat treatment were pooled and compared to heat treated implants with no further storage duration. All groups showed similar values at the beginning; however, in the final scan the group with the heat-treated implant showed higher values for both parameters (*statistically significant differences)
