  1. Mean ± Standard deviation of SD 1, SD 2 and CCM for normal sinus rhythm (NSR) and arrhythmia subjects. p value from ANOVA analysis is given in the last row. Using ANOVA, for CCM, p = 6.28 × 10-18 is obtained whereas for SD 1 and SD 2, it is 7.6 × 10-3 and 8.5 × 10-3 respectively. In case of p < 0.001 to be considered as significant, only CCM would show the significant difference between two groups which indicates that CCM is a better descriptor of HRV signal than SD 1 and SD 2 when comparing arrhythmia with normal sinus rhythm subjects.
