Belief rule-based system structure. Periodontal chart with input layer (n = 9), belief rule base layer (n = 143) and output layer (n = 5) which refers to periodontitis grading. Albumin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, estimated glomerular filtration rate, urine specific gravity, urine red blood cells, and proteinuria are taken into account. For each patient, a set of 9 inputs is produced, and the output layer consists of four stages (I, II, III, and IV) and non-PMN will produce the diagnosis result
