An experimental electric circuit (a) was tested on a bread board (a), and then this circuit was printed on a round printed circuit board (PCB) (b). This flexible PCB could be rolled into a round form due to its bending property (c); as a result, the diameter of the PCB was reduced to 25 to 26 mm for adaptation into the dental handpiece.
