The nanotube structure would not significantly change Schwann cells proliferation at 1 and 7 days (p > 0.1).At 4 and 7 days, The values of TiO2 nanotubes with minocycline incorporation would significantly higher compared with pure titanium and TNT group (p < 0.05). Values with dissimilar letters are significantly different from each other (p < 0.05)
