Velocity distributions aligning with centerlines at peak systole (a, b) and time-varying velocities at feature points for model A (c, d). Complicated velocity profiles with multiple inflection points are found at the bends of ICA siphon (Points 15). Velocity fluctuations are observed in the upstream arteries and aneurysm sacs. Note that the rupture aneurysm A2 (Points 11, 12) exhibit stronger velocity fluctuations than unruptured aneurysm A1 (Points 7, 8). The peak Reynolds numbers of the upstream parent arteries of aneurysms are calculated to be 627 and 554 for models A1 and A2, respectively
