  1. Mean and standard deviation (STD) values of the in vivo spectra acquired with the file tip position at -3, -2.5, - 2.0, -1.5, -1.0, -0.5 and zero millimeter from the AF. The mean and STD are unit less because the normalized spectra are relative to the 250 Hz frequency component.
