  1. *Cut-off: cut-off values, derived from ln(odds), which is the natural logarithm of the odds (OD) from the age-adjusted multivariate regression model. A lesion with a ln(OD) value higher than or equal to a given cut-off point is regarded as IR test-positive.
  2. Sen: sensitivity; Spe: specificity; Youden: Youden's Index = sensitivity+specificity-1.
  3. PPV: positive predictive value; NPV: negative predictive value.
