From: Quantitative phase imaging with scanning holographic microscopy: an experimental assesment
Holographic reconstruction of the phase profile of a triangular transmission phase grating. Quantitative phase profile of a 110 l/mm relief phase grating with a 7° triangular profile embossed in transparent epoxy. The average modulation depth of the profile is measured to be ≈ 570 ± 5nm, using a refractive index n = 1.54 for the epoxy.
