First, the input image is subjected to pre-processing (reading of data from the format *.fds, filtration) and then the enamel layer is recognized on subsequent B-scans. After that, C-scans obtained for subsequent phases of the enamel treatment are imposed on each other and the difference in enamel thickness in the ROI is measured. The last stage of processing involves comparison of changes in the thickness of enamel - its volume for the subsequent processing steps.
