The graph of accuracy ( ACC ) for subsequent analyzed cases (5 different types of classification and seven different configurations of the analyzed areas). The graph is divided into methods of measurement. For each measurement method, classification was carried out in succession with five methods: linear, diaglinear, quadric, diagquadric, mahalanobis. The graph shows clearly that the type of the ROI, and not the type of classification, significantly affects the results.
