  1. The 24-hour pre-trial, during pilot trial and post-trial glycemic data are summarized for SL2 clinical trial. Whole cohort results for SL1 and SL2 pilot trials (+) are compared and p-values were calculated using the Fisher exact test (2-tails) excepted for distributions (*) where a Wilcoxon rank sum test for equal medians was used.
